Normal Bookings (Non-Flash Sale/Special Dates): You can specify your travel date up to May 15, 2025 (subject to the announced opening season for each route).
Booking Lead Time: Please specify your travel date at least 3 days prior to departure (subject to seat availability).
Hotel Transfers: If you require hotel pick-up and drop-off, you can add this option during checkout (+200 THB per person).
Departure Point: All tours depart from Visit Panwa Pier, Phuket.
International Guests: Please note that international guests are subject to additional National Park entrance fees and other surcharges.
Public Holidays/Long Weekends: Travel during public holidays or consecutive long weekends may incur additional charges.
Flash Sale Bookings: Dates selected for Flash Sale bookings cannot be changed once confirmed.
Child Policy:
Infant: Children aged 1 - 3.99 years old travel free of charge (no cost for the snorkeling trip).
Child: Children aged 4 - 11.99 years old.
Adult: Individuals aged 12 years and above.
Age Calculation: Your age will be based on your age on the day of travel.
Safety Restrictions: For your safety, the tour is not permitted for individuals with heart conditions, pregnant women, asthma, spinal/bone surgery issues, children under 2 years old, seniors over 60 years old, and pets. These conditions may pose a danger to travelers. If you have other pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, etc., you must inform the tour operator in advance before the travel date. (For seniors over 60 years old, if they wish to join the trip, they must sign a consent form acknowledging the terms and conditions of travel).
Program Changes: The itinerary may be subject to change based on weather conditions.
Minimum Pax for Departure: For all tour routes, if there are fewer than 25 participants booked for a specific date, the tour reserves the right to change to an alternative route. Our staff will notify you in advance via phone call.
No Refunds: Refunds are generally not possible under any circumstances (except for trip cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions or national park closure announcements).

•เพื่อความปลอดภัย ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจ ,สตรีมีครรภ์ , หืด-หอบ , ผู้มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับกระดูกสันหลัง/ผ่าตัดกระดูก , เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 2 ขวบ และผู้สูงอายุเกิน 60 ปี และสัตว์เลี้ยงเดินทางไปกับทัวร์ เนื่องจากอาจส่งผลอันตรายต่อผู้เดินทางได้ กรณีมีโรคประจำตัวอื่นๆ แพ้อาหาร ฯลฯ นักท่องเที่ยวต้องแจ้งให้ทางทัวร์ทราบล่วงหน้าก่อนวันเดินทาง (ผู้สูงอายุเกิน 60 ปี กรณีต้องการเที่ยวทริปจำเป็นต้องเซ็นเอกสารยินยอมรับเงื่อนไขและข้อบังคับของการเดินทาง)
